About Me…

In my heart, I am a nurse. For nearly 30 years, I’ve cared for others, spending most of my career in hospice and palliative care. Sitting with many hundreds of people as they die has shaped how I see life, reminding me daily how fleeting and precious it is. Death is the ultimate transition, and I’ve come to understand that all life transitions carry the potential for transformation.

I hold bachelor’s degrees in both Health Education and also Nursing, and am certified as a Death Doula. My training includes certifications in holistic health and nutrition, spiritual philosophy, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Research from CIIS. I’ve completed full didactic training for MDMA-assisted therapy through MAPS, basic and advanced ketamine training through Palo Santo Therapies, and have graduate studies in Transpersonal Psychology.

My decades of hands-on bedside experience and passion for learning and synthesizing multiple interests have led me to this unique, integrative work. Whether you're facing the mystery of death, the intensity of life’s many transitions, or the invitation of medicine work, I’m here to offer grounded, compassionate presence along the way.

I cannot tell anymore when a door opens or closes, I can only hear the frame saying, ‘Walk Through’ ~ Ada Limon

The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.

~ Clarissa Pinkola-Estes

Work With Me…

Life is made of thresholds—moments of transition that split our lives into before and after. Whether expected or sudden, these passages can initiate deep transformation. Grief, burnout, diagnosis, divorce, or even a quiet knowing that something must change—all invite us into the mystery of becoming. Within these liminal spaces lie the potential for healing, expansion, and the integration of both shadow and gift.

This is where medicine work can be profoundly supportive. I believe in the healing power of non-ordinary states of consciousness and have witnessed how they can reconnect us to our inner wisdom. My role is to offer a safe, intentional container—rooted in presence, intuition, and integrity—for your journey of growth and insight.

My decades in hospice nursing has shown me that death, too, is a powerful teacher. When we face it with awareness, it transforms fear into peace and the unknown into something sacred. I offer mentorship and meaningful conversation for those ready to explore death, dying, and the beauty of impermanence with honesty and courage.
